The European Food Information Council (EUFIC) has been working in the field of consumer research for several years and has had a particular focus on the use of nutrition information on food product labels.

As part of its commitment to the EU Platform for Action on Diet, Physical Activity & Health, EUFIC, together with Professor Klaus Grunert is conducting a pan-European study on understanding and use of nutrition information on food labels and nutrition knowledge.
