Professor Arne Vernon Astrup, M.D., Dr.Med.Sci. will present findings from his latest research "Complexity of predicting the effect of specific foods on energy balance" at the DIETS conference from 17:00 to 18:00 on 26 September 2008 in Frankfurt, Germany.
Professor Astrup is Head of The Department of Human Nutrition at The Faculty of Life Sciences, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
